Exact build still matters

Locked-bootloader CPID and root support can be limited to specific firmware builds. Never substitute a nearby monthly build.

Standard root coverage

Root (Server), Root (Direct) and Unroot support depends on an exact source or matching server resource for the detected build.

Fold models included where listed

Pixel Fold families are included in the corresponding generation only for operations explicitly marked as supported.

HELP, ACCESS & SUPPORT

The application is only one part of the GSM6 workspace.

Accounts, access, purchases and conversations remain synchronized with GSM6 Support while the Tool Book stays available inside the application.

BEFORE CONTACTING SUPPORT

Send evidence, not guesses.

  1. 1

Copy the output before pressing Clear or starting another operation.

  2. 2

Record the profile: model, codename, build, Android, mode and active slot.

  3. 3

Explain the last confirmed stage and what the device currently displays.

  4. 4

Never send passwords, recovery codes or authenticator secrets in a chat.

SAFETY & AUTHORIZED USE

Professional tools require professional checks.

Read the live confirmation in the application. It is more specific than this page and must be accepted before a destructive operation.

Data and firmware

  • Back up customer data before firmware, unlock, root, unroot, reset or repair work.
  • Use the exact model, codename and build. A nearby build is not a substitute.
  • Never disconnect during a write, erase, reboot, slot change or flash.
  • Relock only after exact complete stock firmware boots successfully.

Connection and power

  • Connect one device, use a data-quality cable and avoid USB hubs.
  • Charge the phone above 60% and prevent the computer from sleeping.
  • Close other phone tools that can claim ADB, Fastboot or a COM port.
  • Keep recovery firmware available before high-risk work.

Legal authorization

  • Work only on a device you own or have explicit permission to service.
  • Do not use GSM6 to evade ownership, finance, carrier or organization restrictions.
  • Restore only lawful original identifiers; regulations differ by country.
  • Do not remove employer, school or finance management without written release.

Root side effects

  • Root can affect banking, Wallet, DRM, streaming, updates and integrity checks.
  • Bootloader unlocking normally erases the device and changes its security state.
  • A successful root does not make mismatched firmware safe.
  • Verify normal boot and device functions before returning a phone.

GSM6 Pixel Tool Pro is an independent service utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Model-family support does not guarantee support for every firmware build or device condition.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you start.

01 Is GSM6 Pixel Tool Pro free to download?

Yes. The installer and eligible core operations are free after GSM6 account sign-in. Server-authorized repair, Secure Flash, Root (LIVE), server root/unroot and other specialist functions require paid access.

02 Does every function support every Pixel and firmware build?

No. Each operation has its own model, build, Android, bootloader, root and connection requirements. The exact live confirmation and supported-build record are authoritative.

03 Can I relock the bootloader after flashing?

Only after a complete exact stock installation has booted successfully. Relocking modified, incomplete or mismatched firmware can brick the device and normally erases data.

04 How do I get help with a failed operation?

Copy the complete output and contact GSM6 Support with the username, tool version, operation, model, codename, build, device mode and active slot. Never send a password or authenticator secret.
